Whether you love him or hate him, there’s no denying that Triple H is one of the most dominant performers in WWE history. Today he’s taken on more of a business role within the company but when he finally hangs up the boots for good he will leave behind one hell of a legacy in the ring. Here are 4 quick facts about Triple H.
#4 – His Wrestling Name In WCW Was Terrible

Today he is known as “The King of Kings” Triple H, “The Game”, “The Cerebral Assasin” but back in his WCW days his ring name was Terra Ryzing. If there was an award for worst wrestling name ever that one would surely be a contender.
#3 – He Has One Of The Shortest Title Reigns Ever

Does anyone remember the No Mercy pay-per-view in 2007? Triple H won the WWE title in the first match against Randy Orton, then went on to defend it against Umaga and then went on to lose it in a third match against Randy Orton again. This means his title reign on that night only lasted a few hours which makes it one of the shortest title reigns ever and as of today it’s officially the 7th shortest reign in WWE history.
#2 – He’s Originally From Nashua, New Hampshire
When Triple H makes his entrance he’s announced as being from Greenwich, Connecticut. Although that may be where he’s from now, he’s originally from Nashua, NH. Which is pretty cool considering, we’re from NH.
In 2013 Triple H did an interview with New Hampshire Magazine where he talked about growing up in NH.
“Describe your early days growing up in Nashua.
I was just a typical kid. I played baseball and basketball. Nashua is a uniquely situated city … it’s close to the beaches, close to the mountains, and 45 minutes from Boston, so it was a great place to grow up.”

#1 – He’s Not Who He Says He Is
Triple H comes out every week on WWE television claiming he is the COO of the WWE when in fact his is not. As a matter of fact, no one is. According to WWE’s corporate website, there is no COO. Triple H’s real title within the company is Executive Vice President of Talent and Live Events.
