3 NXT Stars Released From Their Contracts

The WWE and NXT rosters are loaded with talent, but the NXT roster has just gotten a little bit smaller.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Tian Bing, Jason Cheng and Gabriel Ealy have all been released.

Bing was signed back in 2016, and went on to compete in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 33.

Jason Cheng was also signed in 2016, and worked a few matches at NXT live events and on NXT TV.

The Ealy Twins were signed back in 2015, and in addition to Gabriel Ealy’s release, his twin brother, Uriel Ealy, was released from his contract earlier this year.
