The WWE main roster has seen an influx of talent from NXT as of late. Last week on Raw, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville debuted, and Liv Morgan, Ruby Riot and Sarah Logan all debuted on SmackDown Live.
Now another name from NXT is main roster bound, and he’s set to join the cruiserweight division.
WWE recently announced that Hideo Itami will be joining the main roster, but the company didn’t give a specific date for his debut, it was only noted that he will be coming to 205 Live “soon.”
Either way it seems that Hideo already has a feud lined up for him, as Drew Gulak took to Twitter to tell Itami to “step up.”

Ever since Enzo Amore defeated Kalisto to win the Cruiserweight Championship for the second time in his career, he’s pretty much been the man running the show every Tuesday night on 205 Live.
But sooner or later his reign will have to come to an end, and one can’t help but wonder if Hideo Itami will be the man to take the championship from him.
