10 Surprise Entrants We Want To See In The 2015 Royal Rumble

#10 – Kevin Owens

We’re guessing that WWE will be throwing in at least one member of the NXT roster into the Royal Rumble and we nominate Kevin Owens. Why? Because he’s a total bad ass, he’s intimidating and he could likely do a whole lot of damage in not a lot of time. If anyone from NXT is going to be in the rumble, it should be Kevin Owens.

#9 – Triple H

There are a lot of WWE superstars that want to get their hands on Triple H after his run in The Authority and the Royal Rumble is the perfect place to watch it go down. This could make for a very entertaining moment as HHH makes his entrance into the ring then everyone pauses to throw him out.

#8 – The Sandman

Rumor has it that WWE had plans to add some ECW alumni to the Royal Rumble this time around. If that’s the case The Sandman is a must. He doesn’t even need to enter the ring. We would be more than happy to watch him chug beers and smoke butts in the crowd.

#7 – Ken Shamrock

We put this one in here last year and we know it’s not very likely. The sad fact is that WWE seems to have no interest in acknowledging Ken Shamrock’s existence. But he definitely deserves his moment in the sun one last time for his contributions to The Attitude Era.

#6 – Sabu

It’s freaking Sabu…nuff said.

#5 – Carlito

Every time the Royal Rumble comes around rumors get started saying that Carlito will be making an appearance. Both the WWE and Carlito have made it well known that the door is open for a return. We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed in hopes that 2015 is the year that the Carlito/Royal Rumble rumors come true.

#4 – Hulk Hogan

Hogan hasn’t been shy at all about wanting to get in the ring one more time. If WWE isn’t willing to let him have a match then an appearance in the Royal Rumble is the next best thing. He might not be able to move very well, but it would be a special moment and the pop he would get when his music hits would be deafening.

#3 – The Dudley Boyz

There are a few ECW alumni on this list that we would like to see but we would REALLY like to see these guys in a WWE ring one more time. Bully Ray and Devon are in the best shape of their lives and watching them dominate the Royal Rumble as they hand out 3D after 3D would be well worth the price of $9.99.

#2 – Shane McMahon

What’s it going to take to get Shane McMahon back in a WWE ring? We get it, Stephanie and Triple H have clearly taken control of the company leaving little for Shane to do, but that doesn’t mean he can’t pop in every once in a while. All of the McMahons (okay maybe not Linda) know how to create a story in the ring but Shane McMahon didn’t just create stories, he created epic blockbuster movie style stories. Shane, we miss you, sincerely, the fans.

#1 – Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan has been out of action since May and we’re still not any closer to knowing when or if he will ever return to in ring competition. Daniel Bryan’s presence has been sorely missed throughout the past few months. It would be great to see him make a full recovery and then make a return out of nowhere. The WWE needs Daniel Bryan back and there’s no better opportunity for him to return than a surprise entrance at the Royal Rumble.
