Last week WWE’s plans for the TLC pay-per-view and their weekend live events were turned upside down. Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt were pulled from TLC, Kevin Owens left the tour of South America early to be with his family, and AJ Styles was pulled from live events so he could compete at TLC.

Luckily everything worked out as Kurt Angle replaced Roman Reigns, and AJ Styles replaced Bray Wyatt at TLC. Triple H also returned to the ring, as he stepped up to fill the void left by AJ Styles and Kevin Owens on the live event card.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that a local promotion in Chile paid $900,000 for the shows, although it’s unclear whether that amount was for one or both shows. They were said to be unhappy after finding out that AJ Styles and Kevin Owens wouldn’t be appearing on the second show, so WWE had Triple H fly to Santiago, Chile as a way to make good with the situation.

Triple H ended up working as a babyface and he faced Rusev who he defeated with the Pedigree.

The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion also did a little dancing with The New Day which can be seen here.

Even though fans in Santiago didn’t get to see AJ Styles or Kevin Owens, they did get to see Triple H twerk, so all’s well that ends well.

After all, WWE has recently called Triple H into action after a series of unfortunate circumstances, with "The Game" set to wrestle several times on WWE’s UK Tour after filling in on a recent SmackDown house show in Chile.
