It was recently reported that Dean Ambrose turned down a contract offer from WWE and informed the company that he will not be signing a new deal when his current deal expires.
WWE later confirmed the report by issuing a statement saying that the former WWE Champion will be finishing up with the company in April.
At this point it’s not clear what Dean Ambrose’s next move will be, but there are plenty of people out there who are hoping he will still be involved with the world of professional wrestling once his WWE run is over.
The initial report from PW Torch noted that Dean Ambrose doesn’t like “hokey sh**” and when the news broke, indie wrestling star Joey Ryan cracked a joke about a potential match between himself and Ambrose.
