There’s been a lot of hype leading up to AEW Double Or Nothing, and the event is almost here. PAC vs. Adam Page was one of the big matches that was being advertised for the show over the last few months, but the match has been pulled from the card.

Adam Page recently showed up to answer PAC’s open challenge at Wrestle Gate Pro event in Nottingham, England and Page won the match by DQ. After the match PAC beat Page down with a chair and told him what he wouldn’t be coming to Double Or Nothing or AEW.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that AEW will stream the PAC vs. Adam Page match that took place in England, most likely on Tuesday.

It’s being reported that the match was pulled from Double Or Nothing due to creative differences, as PAC takes his reign as Open the Dream Gate Champion seriously and doesn’t want to lose while he’s holding the belt. He previously went to 30 minute draws with Will Ospreay and Zack Sabre Jr. It’s being said that AEW and PAC couldn’t match up on creative plans.

AEW did not want a DQ finish for the match at Double Or Nothing because they want wins and losses to matter.

Adam Page is still expected to be in action at Double Or Nothing but it’s not clear at this point in time who he will be facing.
