WrestleMania 36 was originally set to take place from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL but unfortunately the show was moved to the WWE Performance Center due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Officially WrestleMania 37 is set to take place from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA but it’s been reported that current plans call for the event to be moved to Raymond James Stadium, and that WWE has locked down venues in the Tampa area for WrestleMania week.

The coronavirus pandemic has caused venues all around the world to make some major adjustments, and it’s been quite some time since fans have been able to attend a WWE event. Now WrestleVotes is reporting that Vince McMahon is hoping for full capacity at WrestleMania 37 next year.

It’s worth noting that Florida Governor Ric Desantis has cleared the Miami Dolphins for full capacity at Hard Rock Stadium, which would be 65,000 fans.

FloridaPolitics.com notes that Desantis wants, “to be able to show that we’re going to be able to host the Super Bowl in February. We expect to do a full Super Bowl. We want to show we’re going to be able to do that.”

At this point there’s no telling what state the world will be in when WrestleMania season comes around, but it will be interesting to see if 65,000 people do indeed show up for WrestleMania 37.

Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
