Impact Wrestling is a place where anything can happen and although they tape their television shows weeks in advance, they like to keep fans on their toes. There have been plenty of events during this last set of tapings, but we’re not going to spoil anything for you even though if you’d like to know you can click here or find out which Impact Wrestling star said goodbye to the company during last night’s show.

Another big name also left Impact Wrestling this week in the middle of the tapings that came as a surprise to a lot of people.

But during last night’s tapings, things didn’t go too well for Eddie Edwards when he faced Sami Callihan. There is a reason why Callihan has a reputation for being so brutal because he put a chair on Edwards and smashed it with a baseball bat to show how much he cared.

However, the baseball bat ricocheted off the chair and nailed Edwards in the head. There was a lot of blood so Eddie grabbed his head and walked to the back.

Reports were Eddie Edwards was taken to the hospital but it looks like he’ll be okay. Eddie Edwards updated everyone on his status the day after this scary injury by thanking everyone for checking in on him.

It looks like Edwards is going to be fine. After all, a couple broken bones and cuts won’t stop him from doing what he needs to climb back on top of the Impact Wrestling roster. He was mighty lucky because I can’t think of too many times when someone was smashed in the head with a baseball bat and they’re good to go the next day.

Odds are he might need to take it easy until the wounds heal, but Mr. Anything Is Possible will be just fine.
