A young Florida man by the name of Gianny Sosa has been making headlines lately after he tried to hit his school principal with the RKO and was then charged with battery on a school employee and interference with an educational institution.

It turns out that he was also involved in a different incident the week before in which he wrestled a fake alligator at a mall.

Video of the incident has surfaced online showing the shirtless man jumping over a barrier, then throwing the fake alligator into a pool of water before hitting an elbow drop, followed by the RKO. He then pretended to pin the fake alligator.

A witness identified Sosa after watching video of the incident, and Sosa later confessed and apologized to police after he was arrested. According to the police he was taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.

ABC News reports that he was charged with criminal mischief after damaging the display alligator at The Falls Shopping Center in Miami-Dade County.

The alligator was reportedly damaged, and the manager of the mall confirmed to police that the gator is valued at $3,690.

Video of the alligator incident can be seen below.
