We’re only weeks away from the Royal Rumble, and after the big event is over we will officially be on the road to WrestleMania. WrestleMania season is always a fun time of year for wrestling fans and this year WrestleMania weekend will be loaded with WWE programming for fans to enjoy such as NXT TakeOver, WrestleMania 33 and of course the Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

There have been a lot of rumors regarding who will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, and it was recently reported that Diamond Dallas Page and “Ravishing” Rick Rude are both set to be inducted as part of the 2017 class.

Of course the WWE Hall of Fame class will consist of more than just 2 names and more rumored names for the 2017 class have surfaced.

It was recently noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that NXT General Manager William Regal, Christian, The Natural Disasters and Mike Rotunda (IRS) are all rumored for the 2017 Hall of Fame class. It was also speculated that The Undertaker may end up being the headliner for this year’s class.

Those names certainly had an impact on the business so it’s not hard to see why WWE would want them in the Hall of Fame. Quite a few wrestling fans seemed to have their own dream lineup for the Hall of Fame class this year, as many were hoping to see Chyna and Vader get inducted, but if the rumors turn out to be true it looks like 2017 might not be their year.

What do you think about the rumored names for the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame class? Sound off in the comments below.

    • Please review some of Jim Cornette’s youtube podcasts… and then evaluate if you think that will happen.
      Just a tip.

    • Yeah that will NEVER happen.. too much animosity between Jim and Vince for that.. In the words of Jim Cornette himself.. “Fuck you WWE!”

  1. Vader and Chyna would have both been good in the HOF, but Regal, Christian, Rotunda and the Natural Disasters are great picks too.

  2. Hmmm, last year I heard stuff that makes sense this year. But, I don’t know now. I didn’t realize Bill Eadie was in a class action against WWE. I had the belief that Demolition was this year with the New Day inducting them, but… that seems to kaibosh that.
Otherwise, the British Bulldogs and Ivan Koloff were on that list.
