roman reigns

For years now WWE has been pushing Roman Reigns as the next face of the company, and it seems that the effort is paying off as Reigns as received a lot of praise for his character work since he turned heel.

This week Roman Reigns appeared on Friday Night SmackDown, and while he was cutting a promo he teased that his run with WWE could be coming to an end “sooner than later.”

“I’m the greatest of all time. And when my days are done around here, which could be sooner than later, the whole world will acknowledge me.”

During a recent appearance on the Michael Kay Show The Tribal Chief discussed a possible future in Hollywood, and he indicated that moves will be made “soon” while saying that his experience with WWE is going to help him in the future.

“We’ll have to see. I think there’s going to be some moves made here pretty soon. There’s always speculation and contract talks, all that question of it is my business. People who can dive deep enough, I’m sure they can turn enough stones to figure out the timeframe. That’s something I definitely want to dabble in and gain more experience. I want to use these tools that I have learned. WWE has done so right by me. They’ve given me so much and placed so many great blessings and opportunities in front of me, and I’ve just had to capture them. I‘ve just had to grab that ball and run with it. I like to think that along the way I have picked up so many skills. I’ve experienced so many things that are going to help me.”

This week on SmackDown Sami Zayn earned a shot at Roman’s Universal Championship when he won a battle royal, and it was also announced that Brock Lesnar will be returning next week. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
