Former WWE World Tag Team Champion Renee Dupree recently spoke with The Hannibal TV about various topics such as his WWE career and more.

During the interview Renee talked about CM Punk’s WWE departure, as well as his fight at UFC 203, and he claimed that WWE put plants in the audience to chant for CM Punk.

“They would do chants, and then it’s a like a ripple effect. They hear chants, chants, chants, and try to get the people up. I would see like 3 or 4 guys all scattered around the arena, I was like ‘wow’ but I guess if you really want to get somebody over.”

Mickey Gall recently annihilated CM Punk at UFC 203, but in order to earn the right to fight Punk, Mickey had to defeat Mike Jackson first. Mike Jackson recently called into MMA Junkie Radio and Mike made it known that he wants to be Punk’s next opponent.

“I’ve gotten wind that Punk wants to get another fight, and it only makes sense. The experience is the same We both have a loss to Mickey Gall. He can’t go in there and fight dudes with a lot of experience, as opposed to bringing in someone else with very limited MMA experience. It only makes sense to put us both in there. This is a fight fans wanted to see even prior to me fighting Mickey Gall because neither one of us had any fights.”
