The WWE Universe is anxiously waiting for Finn Balor to make his return to WWE television, and the hope is that he will do it before Wrestlemania 33. Balor participated in his first match since Summerslam last week during a WWE live event, but he’s still sitting at home watching Raw.
With only two weeks left before the grandest stage of them all, a lot of people are wondering if Finn Balor will be on the Wrestlemania card. He’s been rumored for a few matches, but the reason why he hasn’t returned to WWE TV is that WWE has nothing locked down for him.
According to a report from Pro Wrestling Unlimited, WWE officials still don’t have any specific plans in place for Finn Balor heading into Wrestlemania. A match with Samoa Joe is possible and potentially replacing Seth Rollins in the match with Triple H is a possibility as well.
However, WWE officials don’t want to force Balor into a match just to change their plans and derail the momentum from his return. They could have a great idea up their sleeve, but a spot in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal seems to be the most likely plan for Balor.
