A few weeks ago Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose defeated Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler in the Raw main event to become the new Tag Team Champions.
But their title reign was put into question when Ambrose turned on Rollins after their victory.
Over the past few weeks fans have been wondering what might become of the Raw Tag Team Titles, and on this week’s episode of Raw acting General Manager Baron Corbin ordered Rollins to defend the belts against the Authors of Pain in a handicap match.
The numbers game proved to be too much for Rollins, as he lost the match and the Authors of Pain became Raw Tag Team Champions for the first time in their career.
After the match, Dean Ambrose entered the ring and hit Seth with Dirty Deeds.
