Recently there’s been a lot of talk about AEW signing talents thanks to the debut of Paul Wight, and on Dynamite Wight hyped up that a “hall of fame worthy” wrestler will be signing with the company at Revolution on Sunday.

In the meantime, AEW has announced yet another signing as Tony Khan confirmed Shawn Dean has signed a deal with the company when he posted the following:

“Thank you for your service to the USA, @ShawnDean773, + thank you for everything you’ve done for @AEW to help us thrive through the pandemic. Your consistent hard work, positivity + reliability have made you so valuable to #AEW; now it’s my honor to officially welcome you aboard!”

In addition to AEW’s “huge” signing at Revolution another name is set to debut as a surprise entrant will be competing in the ladder match at the event.
