For weeks now fans have been trying to figure out who’s under the La Luchadora mask, and this week on SmackDown we finally found out the truth. La Luchadora interfered in the Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss steel cage match, and when Becky Lynch ripped off her mask it was revealed to be none other than Mickie James.

It seems pretty clear that Mickie James will be entering a feud with Becky Lynch in the weeks to come, as the two ladies went back and forth on Twitter for a little while shortly after this week’s episode of SmackDown Live came to an end.

Earlier this week it was announced that Kurt Angle is returning to WWE, and he’s set to headline the 2017 Hall of Fame class. Now another established name from WWE’s past has returned in the form of Mickie James, and as far as most fans are concerned, it’s been a long time coming.

Fans were treated to a Mickie James vs. Asuka match a few months ago at NXT TakeOver: Toronto, but it’s been reported that Mickie has signed a multi-year deal with WWE, so it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more of her in the future.

Fans aren’t the only ones who were thrilled to see Mickie return to WWE, as her return has also become a hot topic among wrestlers themselves. Especially Nick Aldis, better known to TNA fans as Magnus, who seemed to really like her blue spandex suit.
