mick foley

Everyone loves Mick Foley. The man gave his body to the fans in a career that stretched through more and a couple eras of modern-day professional wrestling. He carved out a place in all of our hearts and that’s not meant to be taken in a creepy way at all; although considering the sadistic nature of some of his previous personas it’s easy to see how it could be taken in that direction.

The WWE Universe hasn’t seen Foley since he was fired as Raw GM and had to take time off to get his knee replaced. But that time is over and it appears as though he’s recuperated nicely if recent YouPorn Plexes are any indication of things.

Mrs. Foley’s Baby Boy recently spoke to The Sporting News where he opened up not only about his debt owed to Stephanie McMahon but also how his WWE return is inevitable because in his words “we all return.”

“It was pretty agonizing just getting to and from the shows but once I was there, I felt like I made a contribution. I really enjoyed working with Stephanie. I’m deeply indebted to her for a really beautiful foreword for my book and I hope I get the chance to interact with her some more when I eventually return in some shape because, eventually, we all return.”

Mick Foley is right in a way how so many people have eventually gravitated back to the company after a hiatus. It would be great if Foley knew something we didn’t about CM Punk, The Rock, or even Cody Rhodes but judging by how all three of those guys are plenty busy right now a WWE return might not be in the cards at this juncture but never say never.

As time marches on WWE fans very well might be seeing Mick Foley back on television sooner or later but let’s just hope if he gets back on the road his body will be in better shape than it was the last time around.
