Matt brought the Broken Universe to the fans, and it caught on pretty quick. Fans are still chanting “delete” at wrestling events around the world, but now everyone’s wondering what could be next for Matt Hardy.

Impact Wrestling has claimed ownership of the Broken Matt Hardy character, and unfortunately it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting the rights to the gimmick any time soon. The battle over the rights to the gimmick has forced Matt to come up with new ideas, and he’s teasing that change is coming.
Matt recently got fans talking when he cut his hair because his new hair style looks a lot like the one he was sporting during his Broken Matt Hardy run. What’s next for Matt remains to be seen, but something is coming according to the former Raw Tag Team Champion.

For the past few weeks Matt has been paired up with Jason Jordan, but according to him he’s going to start walking his own path soon. We’ll just have to wait and see where that path takes him, but it’s worth noting that he still seems to be teasing the Woken Matt Hardy character with the #WOKENWisdom hashtag on Twitter.
