broken hardys

If you’ve been keeping up with all of the drama between The Broken Hardys and Impact Wrestling, then you’ve done a whole lot of reading, and we love you for it. We have previously reported Matt Hardy’s badass bride, Queen Rebecca Hardy has fired some extremely entertaining shots at Impact Wrestling. As you know, Impact has threatened to take the Hardys to court over the Broken Hardys gimmick which might go down in history as being the most expensive gimmick ever.

Until now, Matt has let his wife do most of the talking for him, which is not a slight on him at all. In fact, it bodes extremely well of both Matt and Jeff how well they’ve been able to remain contained throughout this ruckus.

The former Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions and current “talk of the town” in professional wrestling just continue to do what they do best, which is put on excellent professional wrestling matches and formulate their next surprise.

Well, Matt has finally fired some shots back at Impact Wrestling and he’s gone right for the top. But, just like in his usual Broken Brilliance, he is getting at them in an almost complementary and fact-laden way. But first, Matt decided to thank the fans for being outstandingly non-obsolete. Of course, he’s still quick to make the first statement on what is his.

He next offered proof. Just like an attorney’s well thought out approach, Hardy just displays the evidence.

After turning the tables back on Impact executives, there is little left for him to say. Impact Wrestling obviously changed their minds about who owned the Broken Universe and how warmly they felt about Broken Matt Hardy.

Through all of this Jeff seems to just be sitting back and playing music while Matt and Reby handle the situation. If Jeff loses the right to work as Brother Nero, then he’s still Jeff Hardy and all that implies, so he’s good to go. But Matt needs that Broken gimmick. It is his, it is his and his fans will tell the true story regarding the matter regardless of the legal ruling. Because, after all Impact can’t sue if the audience chants “delete.”

Remember when WWE fired Matt back in the day because Lita left him for Edge and all that nonsense? If you don’t what I’m talking about, there’s a “Something To Wrestle With Bruce Prichard” I highly suggest. Well, Matt got himself fired… and the fans didn’t like that. Needless to say, he found his way back into the WWE in rather short fashion and experienced a resurgence in his career.

Now Matt Hardy is fighting for his career again, and he obviously made his point in his final message where he let people know whether or not he plans on dropping his gimmick any time soon.
