John Cena recently made his return to WWE SmackDown Live, and on Sunday he will make his return to pay-per-view when he faces off against Rusev in a flag match at the Battleground pay-per-view.

When it comes to his life outside of WWE, Cena’s star certainly seems to be on the rise, as he’s everywhere nowadays. Cena’s voice and image are constantly appearing in commercials, and he recently spoke to People Style about the new Tapout body spray, and his grooming habits.

During the interview John Cena revealed that he shaves his entire body every single day, and he also felt the need to share that he’s completely man-scaped from head to toe.

“I’m completely man-scaped from head to toe — from the ears down — so that takes a bit of time,” Cena said. “I’m constantly trying to stay up on fine lines in my skin and that stuff, so I’m a lot more grooming-centric than you would realize. My routine is a lot more than you would think — I’d say it’s a strong 7 ½ out of 10.”

Nikki Bella’s future husband added that he picked up his shaving habits during his teenage years, and he spends about 30 to 60 minutes shaving every day.

“I got into bodybuilding at a young age, when I was like 15 or 16. It’s something that I started, and the first time you man-scape yourself and it starts to grow back, it is so uncomfortable, so I just kept doing it. If I’m pretty, pretty quick with it, I’d say it takes a half hour, but sometimes it’s probably an hour.”
