As noted, Luke Harper made his return to television Sunday night at No Mercy when he distracted Randy Orton, allowing Bray Wyatt to get the win over Orton in the main event. General Manager Daniel Bryan later revealed on Talking Smack that Harper has signed with SmackDown. WWE announced that Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt will team up to take on Kane and Randy Orton this week on SmackDown.
Seth Rollins faced Chris Jericho in the main event of Raw this week, with a Universal Title shot for Jericho on the line. Jericho lost the match, and after it was over Jericho and Owens tried to take out Seth Rollins, but Rollins got the upper hand and Owens retreated to the ramp as the show was ending.
After Raw went off the air on Monday night Sami Zayn made his way down to the ring to save Seth Rollins from a beatdown courtesy of Chris Jericho and Universal Champion Kevin Owens.
