Quite a few former Impact Wrestling stars have signed with WWE over the last few months, and now yet another talent has reported to the WWE Performance Center. WWE has confirmed that Amanpreet Singh, better known to Impact fans as Mahabali Shera is currently training at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

Singh signed with Impact Wrestling in 2014, but he quietly parted ways with the company a few months ago. He stands at 6-foot-2 and weighs 240 pounds and has trained with Al Snow and Savio Vega.

“I came to the U.S. with the dream that someday, I am going to make my country proud,” said Singh. “I would consider myself fortunate if I am able to become a positive role model for the youngsters of my country and impact lives. I don’t think I can find a better platform than WWE to empower myself to empower others, especially those back at home.”

Amanpreet Singh is just one of several Indian athletes who have signed with WWE recently including Saurav Gurjar, Rinku Singh, and Kavita Devi, the first Indian female wrestler to sign with the company.

He’s also not the only former Impact Wrestling star to sign with WWE as of late either as EC3 appeared on camera at NXT Takeover: Philadelphia, and Rockstar Spud is the new General Manager for 205 Live.
