Dolph Ziggler has been with WWE for many years now, and he’s faced off against some of the biggest names the business has to offer throughout his career.
A few months ago at SummerSlam, Dolph Ziggler faced off against Golberg, and the WWE Hall of Famer made short work of Ziggler.
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion recently spoke to Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT about the match, and he revealed that when he found out how it was going to go he threatened to leave WWE.
“To set the record straight and give this guy this fantastic match. I’m like, ‘Fantastic.’ Then they go, ‘it’s gonna be bell spear’ and I go ‘Come on.’ So I fought all day long, threatened to leave, threatened to leave. Do anything I can do — ‘Give me two damn minutes!’ And I got a minute, whatever, what are you gonna do?”
