A few weeks ago Daniel Bryan turned heel when he won the WWE Title after hitting AJ Styles with a low blow, and last week on SmackDown Live he declared that the Yes Movement is dead.
Bryan didn’t appear on SmackDown Live this week, but the former champion AJ Styles made his return to TV.
During his promo Styles took a shot at Bryan for missing SmackDown, and he also took a shot at Raw for having a part time champion.
The current WWE Champion responded to Styles by saying that the old Daniel Bryan wrestled 227 matches in a calendar year, but now he’s above that masochism.

Daniel Bryan will defend the WWE Championship agains AJ Styles at TLC in a few weeks.
