Johnny Gargano is one of our favorite guys in NXT at this point. If you doubt him because of his size, just take a look at his work in the ring and realize people used to say the same thing about Daniel Bryan. Gargano is a former NXT Tag Team Champion alongside Tommaso Ciampa. But since Team DIY is no more Johnny Wrestling is setting off on his own.
We’ve already covered how Johnny Gargano could be a huge star in WWE. We also previously reported how vocals were being laid down for his new theme song. In fact, we covered this fact before Team DIY’s dismantling so if we spoiled that for anyone who read it, that’s our bad for being on top of things.
Right now Johnny’s former tag team partner is nursing an injury, but Gargano is ready to do his thing and nothing is holding him back at this point.
You can check out Johnny Gargano’s new theme song below. It’s a nice little tune that really does fit his character well. For all we know, “Rebel Heart” might be playing during WrestleMania someday. If it doesn’t then that would be a shame because Johnny Gargano definitely has what it take to make it there.
Pro wrestling has inspired people to do a lot of things. Fans have written songs, painting artwork, and even gotten permanent ink on their bodies. But these guys took their fandom to a new level with this one.
It’s pretty outstanding what people can accomplish when they put their minds to it. In this case, these cats wanted to recreate an all-star Royal Rumble inside a subway car and we thank them for it.
This video is really hitting the ground and going viral. Just one watch of this fantastic footage and you will see why. Even though it’s never a good idea to practice pro wrestling without the proper training, we’re willing to make an exception for these guys because this video is just tremendous.
