bound for glory

Impact Wrestling’s biggest pay-per-view of the year, Bound For Glory, is set to air live on pay-per-view Sunday night, but one of the matches on the card was recently cancelled.

Rosemary was set to face off against Taya Valkyrie in a Red Wedding/First Blood Match, but Impact Wrestling announced that Valkyrie will not be appearing at the event, therefore the match will not be happening.

Taya Valkyrie later took to Twitter to say that she is devastated due to the fact that she won’t be able to wrestle at Bound For Glory, but the match had to be cancelled due to personal reasons.

As far as why the match was cancelled, PWInsider.com reports that Taya Valkyrie would have no issues getting into Canada, but she may have experienced some problems trying to get back into the United States.

Valkyrie is married to John Hennigan, better known to WWE fans as John Morrison, and Impact fans as Johnny Impact, but the process to make her a permanent resident of the United States was not completed by this weekend.

There was some concern that her return to the United States could become complicated, so Impact made the decision to pull her from the show.

There’s said to be no heat on Taya Valkyrie, and she’s set to appear at the TV tapings in January.
