Royal Rumble Sunday is finally here which means fans can expect to see a few surprises throughout the show.
PWInsider is reporting that former WWE Women’s Champion Molly Holly is set to return at the Royal Rumble and she will be competing in the 30 woman Royal Rumble match.
It’s also being reported that WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix, and Sasha Banks are also set to compete in the women’s Royal Rumble match. NXT stars Shayna Baszler and Mercedes Martinez are currently scheduled to be part of the match as well.
There’s been no talk of Ronda Rousey returning, so if there are plans for her to return at the Royal Rumble it’s currently a secret.
Asuka and Becky Lynch are not planned to be part of the Royal Rumble match, as they’ll be facing off in singles action.
Shane McMahon is also in town but it’s not known if he’ll be used.
