Big Cass made his return to the professional wrestling scene a few months ago, and since then he’s been wrestling at independent events.
Cass appeared at the House of Hardcore event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday night, and according to PWInsider he went into a seizure and fell to the floor of the lobby during intermission.
The former WWE Superstar was set to perform during the second half of the show, but that didn’t happen. Tommy Dreamer ended up coming down to the ring and asking fans to say a prayer.
Big Cass was later taken to the hospital, and it’s being reported that he was coherent and talking when he left.
