Sunday night the WWE Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view aired on the WWE Network, and now that the event has come and gone, the stars of the Raw brand are looking ahead to SummerSlam. Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe both lost their respective matches at Great Balls of Fire, but they made it clear the next night on Raw that they both feel they deserve to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title at SummerSlam.

Kurt Angle announced that next week on Raw fans will see Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns face off one on one, and the winner of the match will go on the challenge Brock Lesnar next month. However, it doesn’t look like WWE officials are planning for the Universal Title to be defended in a singles match.

Sportskeeda is reporting that current plans call for the Universal Title match at SummerSlam to be a Fatal 4 Way featuring Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar all fighting for the title.

According to the report, a Fatal 4 Way has always been on the table for the event, and the main event was temporarily changed to Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman, but WWE officials have reportedly decided to go with a Fatal 4 Way instead.

At WWE Great Balls of Fire, Roman Reigns tried to end Braun Strowman’s career when he threw him in the back of an ambulance then backed it up into a semi-truck. Braun was able to walk away under his own power, but Raw General Manager Kurt Angle noted this week that he’s not sure when Braun will return, so it should be interesting to see how they bring him back.

On this week’s episode of Still Real Radio we’re talking about the Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view and more. We’re also talking about the return of John Cena, his flag match with Rusev, and whether or not Bray Wyatt’s run on Raw is losing steam. 1. the only storyline fitting for such plan is simple, Strowman returns next week and attacks Reigns amidst of his match against joe, and destroys him eventually. making the match as a no-contest. frustrated about it, joe tries to attack strowman (or may be try to put him in coquina clutch), but strowman proves to be too big for joe as well and put him down as well. Next week on raw, while lesner (or only advocate) is in the ring, along with Kurt, Strowman comes out to confront the champ, and while he is claiming the opportunity, outcomes reigns and joe to the mix and a brawl is broken in the ring and that decides a fatal four way for the title.
