Asuka’s jump to WWE’s Blue Brand could mean some big things for the Empress Of Tomorrow. Following her WrestleMania loss to Charlotte Flair one might assume that she has a bone to pick with The Nature Girl but seems to be far from the case. In classic babyface fashion, Asuka grabbed the mic after their Mania match and said Charlotte was ready for her and then she ran down to save Flair during the Superstar Shake-Up two weeks later.

It looks like Asuka and Charlotte Flair are going to be buddies on SmackDown Live. But there is a pair of Iiconic enemies to deal with too so that helps strengthen a union. However, Becky Lynch also joined the fray last week and helped her babyface sisters out so she will team with Asuka to take on the Iiconics next week on SmackDown Live.

If you were wondering how they’ll use Asuka on SmackDown Live then you’ll get an answer soon enough because Peyton Royce and Billie Kay are capable of pulling off an upset victory with their heel tactics.

It would appear Asuka is going to be besties with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch to battle with the Iiconics while Carmella holds her SmackDown Women’s Title aka “Cleopatra” and watches from the wings. Things are likely to change in this situation once Mella has to put Cleopatra on the line and Flair looks ready to step up. But in the meantime, it looks like Asuka is plenty busy with a couple Australians.

I say it time and time again. Everyone needs to go to any indie wrestling event around because you never know what could happen. This rang especially true at AIW’s latest show in Cleveland on 4/20 because both the Godfather and Papa Shango showed up at the same event for a Gangsta Party.

The WWE Hall Of Famer took pictures with fans in both personas and everyone had a great time.

But one spot proved to be an amazing homage to the past and the top moment of the night for many. Derek Director, Donovan Danhausen, Eddie Only, Frankie Flynn and Magnum CK are known as The Production and they had a little face-to-face with the Bone Street Krew member in the middle of the ring.

Needless to say, it didn’t go over well for The Production as they all ended up puking up black ooze and selling Papa Shango’s voodoo curse.
