Wednesday night WWE taped new episodes of NXT at Full Sail University, and an American Ninja Warrior star was hanging out backstage.

SquaredCircleSirens reports that Kacy Catanzaro was backstage on Wednesday night. Catanzaro participated in a WWE tryout earlier this year, and she she worked with Norman Smiley at the WWE Performance Center.

Kacy Catanzaro is the only woman to complete a City Finals course on American Ninja Warrior, and she’s made Sports Illustrated’s “Fittest 50” list twice. It’s not known if she’ll be stepping into the wrestling ring in the near future, but it’s worth noting that WWE has reportedly been doing medical testing this week for Mae Young Classic competitors and other talents they are interested in potentially signing.

Kassius Ohno’s first run in NXT didn’t work out all that well, as he eventually parted ways with the company instead of getting called up to the main roster.

But he returned to NXT earlier this year, and the brand has undergone some changes since his last run with the company. Ohno recently spoke to ESPN about his return, and he said he feels like he’s better equipped this time around.

“I didn’t attain the level of success that I anticipated my first time around, and I felt like I was better equipped this go-around to just come in and tear stuff up and also to fill a gap. There’s so much talent here, [but] there was an exodus. You had Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, then you had Samoa Joe and Finn Balor. We just lost The Revival Tye Dillinger, Shinsuke [Nakamura]. To be able to step in and immediately start producing right away, whether it’s these travel shows or going on the tour to England or just in television matches, it’s really cool to represent this new era of NXT.”
