Over the last few years fans have seen a number of WWE stars jump ship from WWE to AEW, and in recent weeks big names like CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Adam Cole have joined the company.

Kevin Owens got the wrestling world talking recently when he posted a now deleted tweet that seemingly teased a reunion of the Mount Rushmore stable with Adam Cole and The Young Bucks. KO also changed the location in his Twitter bio to “Almost there.”

During an appearance on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette former NXT Champion Adam Cole addressed the possibility of Kevin Owens possibly joining AEW, and he noted that he would love for Owens to join him and The Young Bucks in All Elite Wrestling.

“I mean this because I’m friends with Kevin. I want Kevin to do what makes him happiest. I really mean it, I mean it in my soul. However, of course I would love the idea of him joining me, and the Young Bucks, and everyone else here. That would be incredible. However, I do want Kevin to be happy. So there’s no part of me that would be angry or upset with whatever his decision is.”

It was recently reported that Kevin Owens’ current WWE contract is set to expire in January of 2022. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
